Fiber technology - Trumpf TruLaser
Our Trumpf laser cutting system impresses with its high efficiency in thin sheet metal processing. The fiber-guided TruDisk 5001 laser offers twice the efficiency of a CO₂ beam source, which not only makes production more flexible, but also saves time and energy.
Thanks to TruDisk technology, we can easily process highly reflective materials such as copper or brass. The use of nitrogen as a cutting gas ensures high-quality, oxide-free cutting edges - so components can be processed or painted directly without the need for post-processing.
We process sheet metal up to a format of 3,000 x 1,500 mm and achieve a material thickness of up to 25 mm, for example in the case of structural steel.
